How does it work?

The first step is to attend an Initial Consultation, which lasts for 90 minutes, with a senior counsellor as an opportunity for you to talk about your situation and ask questions.

After this, if you wish to continue with counselling, we will arrange weekly 50 minute appointments for you at a day and time to suit you.

If life is very busy, we can arrange out of hours appointments for you using remote

counselling over the phone or Zoom.

How much does it cost?

The Initial Consultation and ongoing counselling sessions cost £50 each. However, if you are not working or are on a low income and the fee is too high for you, we can offer some flexibility so please discuss arranging a lower fee with us.

Contact us on 01590 674011 or by email

to arrange an Initial Consultation or find out more.

Who will my counsellor be?

All our counsellors are professionally trained and receive regular clinical supervision by carefully selected and experienced supervisors.

They are all members of BACP, some are accredited members with many years’ experience in counselling, so you can have the counsellor and type of therapy best suited to help with your particular situation.
